Banner Homes buys new plot in Birdlip, Gloucestershire

20 new homes to be built as the house builder continues to grow its presence in the Cotswolds
Banner Homes has announced it has purchased a 1.7 acre site in Birdlip, Gloucestershire.  The site has planning permission for 20 new luxury homes.

The acquisition follows on from a record year for Banner Homes which completed 35 land deals in 2009, making the year the most successful ever for the Beaconsfield-based house builder.  At the end of January 2010, Banner Homes also completed on a similar site in neighbouring Leonard Stanley, as the company continues to grow its presence in the Cotswolds.

Banner Homes has been building since 1975 and has achieved a considerable reputation for developing homes of traditional quality on sites ranging from individual detached houses to developments of 100 dwellings and more. The company operates three regional divisions, Central, Wessex and Midlands, which gives Banner coverage of the whole of the southern half of England.
