Banner Homes buys new plot in Dodsley Grove, Midhurst

Banner Homes has announced it has purchased a one acre site on Dodsley Grove in Midhurst, West Sussex.  The site has planning permission for just three of the house builder’s trademark new luxury homes.

The acquisition follows on from a record year for Banner Homes which completed 35 land deals in 2009, making the year the most successful ever for the Beaconsfield-based house builder.

Banner Homes has been building since 1975 and has achieved a considerable reputation for developing homes of traditional quality on sites ranging from individual detached houses to developments of 100 dwellings and more. The company operates three regional divisions, Central, Wessex and Midlands, which gives Banner coverage of the whole of the southern half of England.
