Banner Homes has announced it has purchased a development site on Leatherhead Road in Oxshott. The site has planning permission for five new luxury homes in the most sought after village in Surrey.
The acquisition signals Banner Homes’ continuing investment in new opportunities and follows a record year for the Beaconsfield based house builder. In 2009 Banner completed 34 similar deals making the year the most successful ever for the company’s land team.
