Banner Homes buys new site in Oxted, Surrey. New development for Woodhurst Lane
Banner Homes has announced it has purchased a development site in Oxted. The site is located on Woodhurst Lane and benefits from a planning permission for a development of three luxury detached houses. Banner Homes will be submitting a new planning application to revise designs of the homes and it is anticipated that construction of this new development will commence towards the end of 2010.
The acquisition is a further signal of Banner Homes’ continuing investment in new development opportunities where site acquisitions continue at record highs in all three of its regions.
