Banner Homes buys new site in Epsom Downs, Surrey. New development announced for Yew Tree Bottom Road
Banner Homes has announced it has purchased a development site in Yew Tree Bottom Road, Epsom Downs, a sought-after tree lined setting close to Epsom Downs and the racecourse. Banner Homes has obtained planning for four luxury 5 bedroom detached homes ranging from 2350 to 2500 square feet.
Banner also announced the purchase of two further sites in the area: Lower Road in Fetcham and in Reigate Road Leatherhead. The acquisitions further signal Banner Homes’ continuing investment in new development opportunities where site acquisitions continue at a record high in all three of its regions.
