Banner Homes has announced it has purchased a development site within Hillview Road, Claygate, Surrey, which is part of a sought-after private estate close to the centre of Claygate. Banner Homes has obtained planning for two 5-bedroom detached, luxury homes and each will be in excess of 5,000 square feet.
The acquisition is a further signal of Banner Homes’ continuing investment in new development opportunities where site acquisitions continue at record highs in all three of its regions.
