Banner to build four new homes in Fetcham, Surrey
Banner Homes has announced it has purchased a development site in Lower Road, Fetcham, Surrey – the very much sought-after road close to the villages of Fetcham and Great Bookham. Banner Homes has obtained planning for four luxury 5 bedroom detached homes ranging from 2200 to 2600 square feet.
Banner also announced the purchase of two further sites in the area: Yew Tree Bottom Road in Epsom and in Reigate Road Leatherhead. The acquisitions further signal Banner Homes’ continuing investment in new development opportunities where site acquisitions continue at a record high in all three of its regions.
