New Banner Homes’ development set for Leatherhead, Surrey
Banner Homes has announced it has purchased a development site in Reigate Road, Leatherhead, Surrey – a well regarded tree-lined road close to the town centre. Banner Homes has obtained planning for this development which will consist of two semi-detached houses and six townhouses.
Banner also announced the purchase of two further sites in the area: Yew Tree Bottom Road in Epsom and in Lower Road Fetcham. The acquisitions further signal Banner Homes’ continuing investment in new development opportunities where site acquisitions continue at a record high in all three of its regions.
