The Mayor of Winchester officially opens Banner Homes’ new development Kirtling Place
For many eager purchasers waiting to view Banner Homes’ latest development in Winchester, the wait was finally over when the showhome at Kirtling Place, was officially opened by the Mayor of Winchester, Cllr Richard Izard.
