Banner Homes acquires two new development sites in Bushey, Herfordshire.
Banner Homes has announced the acquisition of two new development sites in Bushey. One in the sought-after Chiltern Avenue and Merry Hill Road.
The Chiltern Avenue site has been granted planning permission to build four large detached homes and work is expected to start on site in March 2011. Merry Hill Road has planning permission to build eight detached homes.
Both developments will be within walking distance of Bushey High Street which offers a range of local services and amenities. The larger town centres of Watford and Stanmore provide a full range of facilities including a mainline train line at Watford with links to London Euston in less than half an hour and the underground station at Stanmore via the Jubilee Line which runs directly into Central London within 25 minutes.

The acquisition signals Banner Homes’ continuing investment in new opportunities and follows a highly successful year for the Beaconsfield based house builder. So far this year Banner Homes has completed 23 new land deals with a further few expected shortly. Of the 23 acquisitions this year, 13 have been bought with planning permission and the remaining 10 are subject to planning deals.
