Only one stunning two bedroom apartment remains available at Banner Homes’ successful development Pinehurst Court, Station Road, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Since its launch at the end of August, 13 of the 14 apartments have been snapped up.
Luxury apartments built with excellent attention to detail
Comments Shelley West, Sales Director at Banner Homes Central, “We are extremely delighted with the response we have received at Pinehurst Court. The apartments are built to Banner Homes’ usual very high standard and attention to detail so we don’t expect the final apartment to be available for long.

Banner Homes has announced it has purchased a development site on Waterford Lane in Lymington, Hampshire and is seeking planning permission for five new family homes. The site already has planning permission to build five detached homes. Banner Homes will be seeking to adapt this planning permission to build their own design of luxury and high specification five bedroom family homes.
The homes will be designed and built to fit within the existing street scene of Waterford Lane and will feature an abundance of tree planting and landscaping within the development.
The acquisition signals Banner Homes’ continuing investment in new opportunities and follows a highly successful year for the Beaconsfield based house builder. So far this year Banner Homes has completed 23 new land deals with a further few expected shortly. Of the 23 acquisitions this year, 13 have been bought with planning permission and the remaining 10 are subject to planning deals.
Banner Homes has been building since 1975 and has achieved a considerable reputation for developing homes of traditional quality on sites ranging from individual detached houses to developments of 100 dwellings and more. The company operates three regional divisions, Central, Southern and Midlands, which gives Banner coverage of the whole of the southern half of England.
Banner Homes continues to search for new land opportunities throughout the southern England and the Midlands. For further information, visit www.bannerhomes.co.uk/we-buy-land
