Banner Homes Midlands is inviting residents of Malvern to an informal public exhibition on Monday 27th February 2012 from 4pm to 7pm to discuss plans for the future development of land at 14 Grundy’s Lane. The exhibition, which will take place in the Gryphon Room at Malvern College Sports Complex, will be an opportunity for residents to view and discuss early plans for the way in which the site could be developed with new housing.

Banner Homes’ staff from the Partridge Corner development recently took a special trip to nearby Birdlip Primary School to present a cheque of £250 towards the school’s brand new pond and nature area. In 2011, local parents started to re-vamp the top of the school playing fields to create a nature area and large pond before the school unfortunately run out of funds to complete the project. Banner Homes Midlands stepped in and saved the day by donating the required funds to complete the works.
