Banner Homes invites residents of Malmesbury and St Paul’s to view plans for proposed new homes at East Cottage, Burton Hill on Tuesday 1st May, Banner Homes Midlands will invite the residents of Malmesbury to an informal public exhibition to discuss plans for the proposed future, residential development of East Cottage on Burton Hill. The exhibition, which will take place at Cedar House, Riverside Business Village from 6pm – 8pm, will provide an opportunity for residents to view and discuss draft proposals for the way in which the site could be developed with new housing.

Banner Homes Central is inviting residents of Marcham to an informal public exhibition on Wednesday 25th April 2012 from 5.30pm to 8.30pm to discuss plans for the proposed future development of King’s Field, off Sheepstead Road. The exhibition, which will take place in The Livingstone Room at Denman College, will be an opportunity for residents to view and discuss draft proposals for the way in which the site could be developed with new housing. After approximately 10 years of limited new housing, Colwall village recently welcomed the launch of the eagerly anticipated Covent Gardens, a luxury development of two, three, four and five bedroom homes. Potential residents were queuing up to view the new show home and, following the successful launch, five of the new homes have already sold.

Sales at Banner Homes’ recently launched Lime Tree Close in Bushey have ‘hit the roof’ as 50% of the development sold off plan prior to the release of the new show home in early March whilst a further plot was sold more recently. Priced at £975,000, homebuyers flocked in to purchase one of the four and five bedroom homes, now leaving just two, 5 bedroom detached homes to remain.

Banner Homes, has achieved a record breaking year with 39 new development opportunities exchanging contracts in 2011. This success follows on from two previously buoyant years, with 28 new sites exchanged in 2010 and 35 new sites in 2009.
