Banner Homes New Logo
Banner Homes is launching a new corporate logo across its three regional companies and its developments throughout southern England and the Midlands. The new logo has been created after many months of research and development and has been designed to epitomise the company’s brand values of aspiration, attention to detail, sound investment, smarter thinking and style.
Group Sales and Marketing Director, Piers Banfield comments, “The rebranding is not just about a new logo. It represents our ‘coming of age’ as a business. 12 years ago the company underwent a management buyout and since then we have carved out a much respected position within the market place. With the new brand identity and the relocation of our southern regional office to Farnham, we are now in a perfectly situated to continue our growth in the North Home Counties, South Home Counties and the West Midlands.” Banner Homes’ New Logo

Only one stunning two bedroom apartment remains available at Banner Homes’ successful development Pinehurst Court, Station Road, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Since its launch at the end of August, 13 of the 14 apartments have been snapped up.
Luxury apartments built with excellent attention to detail
Comments Shelley West, Sales Director at Banner Homes Central, “We are extremely delighted with the response we have received at Pinehurst Court. The apartments are built to Banner Homes’ usual very high standard and attention to detail so we don’t expect the final apartment to be available for long.

The popularity of Banner Homes’ latest development Pinehurst Court, Station Road, Beaconsfield has been astounding with already 5 sold off plan before the show apartment opens. The eagerly anticipated show apartment will be launching on 14th and 15th August from 10am to 5pm and such is the popularity of the development that Banner Homes and their selling agents, Tim Russ and Co are urging those interested to visit before its too late!
Purchasers keen to buy these popular apartments off plan
Norma McClure was one of the keen purchasers who has already reserved one of the apartments off plan. Comments Norma, “I have been visiting the Beaconsfield area for the past 11 years and really like the area. I lived in the Midlands area and with one son living in Seer Green, my daughter in London and another son in Guildford we all decided that Beaconsfield would be a good location for me to move to and be closer to my children and grandchildren.
“I was living in an older large four bedroom home and was starting to find the upkeep too much, particularly the garden. One afternoon I visited Tim Russ & Co and went to look at a second hand apartment at Banner Homes’ development Lawnswood, which they built a few years ago. I was very impressed with the quality of the design and finish but the lounge wasn’t right for me. Then the agent told me about Pinehurst Court and I had a look at the plans and fell in love with the layout of the apartment. It has a lovely large lounge with French doors leading out to a small garden area and a bay window where I can put a dining table, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom and bathroom. I was also keen to be able to fit double beds in each of the rooms to allow people to come and stay.
“I am also 64 and so I feel I have the best of both sides of Beaconsfield and should I start to find that I don’t want to travel too far afield, I have all the amenities of Beaconsfield on my doorstep. I am now living with my son in Seer Green and am very much looking forward to moving into my brand new home.”
Pinehurst Court is a stunning, gated development of 14, two bedroom apartments within the quintessentially English town of Beaconsfield but with the modern amenities of the ‘New Town’ on the doorstep. Nestled within the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this sought-after town offers the best of both worlds: picturesque rural countryside, enviably placed just 25 miles from the capital.
Quality new apartments at Pinehurst Court
Purchasers will not be disappointed with the quality of the apartments at Pinehurst Court. Each apartment features two bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. There is also a professionally designed contemporary kitchen with built in fridge freezer, microwave oven or combination microwave oven, dishwasher and washer dryer. The apartments feature large spacious living rooms with French doors leading to a patio or balcony, making the living space light and airy. Some apartments also have a separate study which could also be used as a dining room depending on your requirements and a utility room.
The apartments are set within landscaped grounds which provide an attractive setting but don’t have the upkeep so many purchasers wish to leave behind. However for those still keen to maintain their own garden, some apartments have a private garden. Each apartment will also benefit from two parking spaces and some to a car port.
Pinehurst Court is perfect for those who want to ‘lock up and leave’, or for people who want all of the benefits of a brand new apartment without the worry of modernising or maintaining an older property.
The apartments are perfectly positioned halfway between the picturesque ‘Old Town’ and the modern ‘New Town’ of Beaconsfield, both of which boast their own unique character and charm. The ‘Old Town’ is steeped in history and features boutique shops, traditional tea rooms, pubs, wine bars and restaurants that serve everything from Italian to Chinese cuisine. In addition, there’s also a weekly market and monthly farmers’ market where you can buy a wide range of freshly grown produce. The ‘New Town’ is home to the majority of Beaconsfield’s shops which include Waitrose, Marks & Spencer Simply Food, Sainsburys, designer clothes boutiques, Space NK and plenty of cafés where you can enjoy alfresco dining.
For a wider choice of shops, Windsor, High Wycombe and Watford are all less than an hour’s drive away. Also nearby are many quaint villages such as Coleshill, old Amersham and Great Missenden, each of which offers a great selection of pubs,
local shops and picturesque leafy countryside.
Beaconsfield is fortunate to have a rich social and cultural calendar with both arts and horticultural activities on offer. There is a local tennis club, School of Lawn Tennis, and a thriving cricket club, as well as rugby and football clubs with their
own grounds. There is also a David Lloyd Health Club in nearby Woburn Green, and an Odeon cinema in nearby Gerrards Cross. Beaconsfield’s proximity to London also means that you have an unlimited choice of shopping, leisure and entertainment just a train ride away. An excellent rail service will deliver you to London Marylebone in approximately 30 minutes and if you prefer to drive, the M40 and M25 are both easily accessible. International travel is similarly well served with London Heathrow Airport just 17 miles away. With so much on its doorstep, you’ll find Pinehurst Court the ideal choice for those who want the advantages and lifestyle of the country, yet also to be within easy reach of the city.
Prices at Pinehurst Court start from £450,000. For further information please call selling agents Tim Russ and Co on 01494 681122 or visit www.bannerhomes.co.uk/pinehurst-court or call 0845 899 0973 to register your interest.
