Part exchange to a new future at The Lilies

People have varying reasons for opting for Part Exchange when selling their home but many individuals are unclear of how it works and just how easy it is to move home using a Part Exchange Scheme.

Shelley West, Sales Director for Banner Homes Central comments: “For many, the most stressful part of moving home is selling your current property and with the Part Exchange Scheme this stress is eliminated for you. The scheme allows buyers to move easily into a new Banner home without the delays and uncertainties that can be experienced when selling an existing property. It also allows purchasers to secure the home they wish to buy in advance of the build completion date without having to worry about tying together legal completion dates that are several months in the future. Under the scheme, completion dates for the two properties will be identical, so there is no need to worry about temporary accommodation or bridging facilities.”

For one couple Simon and Lizzie Clarke, using Banner Homes part exchange scheme was a huge success and allowed them to buy their dream home at another Banner Homes development. “I had never heard of part exchange before and think it is fantastic and would recommend it to anyone. We were able to move quickly and stress free with no chains involved and were given a whole week after completion where we were able to move out of our old house. It was first class!”

Shelley explains how the scheme works: “We’ll arrange for three independent valuations to be made on your existing property and an offer will be made to you based on those. We’ll also take into account your own particular requirements and circumstances. No commitment or initial financial outlay is asked for so there’s nothing to lose in simply exploring it as an option.”

The Lilies is an exclusive collection of 15 two, three, four and five bedroom high quality homes located close to fields, farmland and woodlands. The day to day amenities of the village of Ruscombe are only a short stroll away and Twyford, which can be reached almost as easily as Ruscombe, features local shops and a Waitrose supermarket along with other essentials nestled between Tudor buildings and quaint cottages on the banks of the River Loddon.

Twyford’s King’s Arms coaching inn was once an important meeting place on the Bath Road. Nowadays the village is as highly regarded for its excellent choice of tempting cafés, traditional pubs and restaurants to appeal to all tastes. It’s still a fantastic place for good food, drink and company.

The region is also world renowned for its sporting events, with Royal Ascot and the Henley Royal Regatta important dates on the calendar.

With the towns of Reading and Maidenhead just six and eight miles away respectively, you’ll never be short of exciting ways to spend your days or lively nights out either. The Oracle Shopping Centre in Reading, for example, offers a great choice of shopping and entertainment, including department stores, numerous restaurants and a multiplex cinema.

The A4, M4, M40, M3 and M25 are all within easy reach, ensuring getting out and about is never a problem and making The Lilies an ideal base for the daily commute. Twyford train station is less than a mile away from The Lilies and offers frequent
