Banner has an interest in three sites within Moor Pool Estate: Site A, Site C and Site E. Their locations can be seen on this plan.

Site A (The Valley Site)
Site A would be redeveloped with 12 semi-detached and terraced homes and nine replacement garages. Drainage to the site would be improved and the public right of way would be retained.

Site C
The proposal for Site C includes three additional homes and replacement garages.

Site E would be redeveloped with one detached house, and much of the greenery to rear of the plot would be preserved.
