Two new luxury homes to be built on The Drive
Banner Homes has announced it has purchased a development site on The Drive in Cheam. The site has planning permission for two new luxury homes, each backing on to the fairways of Banstead Downs Golf Club and offering accommodation in excess of 5,000sq ft.
The acquisition signals Banner Homes’ continuing investment in new opportunities and follows a record year for the Beaconsfield based house builder. In 2009 Banner completed 35 similar deals making the year the most successful ever for the company’s land team.
