Posbrook Farm, Titchfield, Hampshire
On previously derelict rural land, Banner Homes created a unique community of ten homes, some newly built but blending in seamlessly with their setting, and some beautifully renovated properties.

This site was formerly occupied by The Guards Army Barracks and now comprises a varied selection of residential and commercial properties. Close by are a gymnasium, a swimming pool, a spa and a theatre.
