Marketing Assistant

If you would like to commence a career in marketing, are ambitious, a fast learner and with a good eye for detail, this could be your perfect role. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be capable of working on multiple projects concurrently.

Key tasks and requirements in the role will be:-

- Working with marketing agencies and internal teams on the design and production of marketing materials that will include sales brochures, computer generated images, direct mails, invitations, signage and online content, to specified deadlines.

- A degree of copywriting and working with images to produce marketing material.

- Content management and updates to the Banner Homes website.

Surveyor/Senior Surveyor

We are looking for a bright, motivated and hard working Senior Surveyor to join the Commercial team, based either at our Head Office in Wooburn Green or our Southern Region in Farnham.  Ideally the candidate will have strong skills, experience working in a similar role within another house builder and knowledge in the following areas:-

- Managing the surveying requirements for residential schemes to include subcontract    comparisons, subcontract payments, valuations and variance investigation and reporting

- Good knowledge of excel and valution software

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will work for Banner Homes Central Region, reporting to the Central Sales Director.  They will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Advisors on developments in the Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and North West London area but be based at our offices in Wooburn Green.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate at all levels and will have experience of achieving targets and marketing new homes. The role requires an enthusiatsic and hardworking individual, who is well organised and works well under pressure.   Good IT skills are essential.   Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
