The Money Match Purchase Scheme
- Banner Homes will ‘Money Match’ your deposit by allowing you to delay a payment of part of the purchase price of your new home.
- ‘Money Match’ is available for between 5% and 20% of the purchase price of your new home.
- You pay between 80% and 95% of the purchase price of your new home now and pay the balance as a lump sum either when you sell the property or in 10 years time.
- Pay no rent or interest on the ‘Money Match’ balance for up to 10 years.

The Chainmaker Purchase Scheme
- Buy the brand new home that you want by finding your own buyer and then letting us complete the chain by buying the property at the bottom of the chain.
- Easily tie together all the completion dates in your chain because we will be at the top and the bottom of the chain.
- We will work with your selling agents to improve how your home is marketed to complete your sale chain.
The Early Bird Purchase Scheme
- Reserve the plot of your choice without having sold your existing property.
- Make sure the plot of your choice is reserved for you while you look at the possibilities of our Premier Part Exchange or Tailored Home Exchange schemes (please check whether these are available on each development).
- Benefit from our in-depth experience of local selling agents and let us help you to manage them effectively and sell your old property.

- Exchange your current home for a brand new home.
- Tie together both completion dates.
- Either leave all the hassle of selling your own property to us or use the underwritten option and take on the marketing of your property for a specific time, after which you can rely on our Premier Part Exchange.
- Use the underwritten option and benefit from any future increases in house prices by trying to sell your existing home yourself while our new home is being built. You will also protect yourself from falls in property prices by having the security of the Premier Part Exchange scheme.

The Tailored Home Exchange Purchase Scheme
(Only available on age-restricted developments.)
- Exchange your current home for a brand new home whether your existinghome is worth more or less than your new one.
- Tie together both completion dates and take a licence to stay in your oldproperty for a few days after completion to make your move as easy aspossible.
- Either leave all the hassle of selling your own property to us or use ourunderwritten option and take on the marketing of your property for aspecific period, after which you can rely on the Tailored Home Exchangescheme.
